Join the Experiences team as a full-time Experiences Coordinator and become one of the authors of our story. The Experiences Coordinator is responsible for setup execution and follow-through of various complementary and paid guest experiences at Solage. They are someone who is organized and efficient while having the ability to speak and work with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience. The experiences coordinator will play a key role in operations.This role will execute & project manage programming efforts across this property and as such they will be responsible for facilitating organizing and guiding well-designed and creatively curated guest and team experiences unique to our properties through adventures activities classes amenities product selection partner alignment and space activation. This role is integral to establishing and maintaining thematic stories and elements that influence and guide the resorts guest experience.In addition this role will be responsible for the following:Preparing and executing special events weekly activities classes and programs that allow guests to create lasting memories and maximally experience our core pillars: design wellness culinary seasonalityEngaging with guests in an effort to promote and sell additional activities in tandem with the Itinerary Design/Concierge teamMaintain cooperative relationships and open lines of communication with leaders of other departments throughout the hotel to ensure successful execution of programming and product offeringsHelp manage and finalize SOPs for all existing and new experiences; including trial set ups and photo documentation to maximize their effectiveness as a key experience training and execution toolHelp manage and finalize BEOs for all existing and new experiences as well as coordinating with the correct teams to ensure their successCoordinate OS&E purchases; liaise with appropriate departments to organize store or set up on property. Keep inventory of all experiences-related itemsManage and submit invoices for all 3rd party vendors and partnersCommunicate with experience vendors and hosts as needed for smooth operations day to day as well as follow up for feedback & adjustments to experiences.Organize and maintain the activities storage areas and equipment/OS&EHelp execute creative design touchpoint projects under the direction of Director of ExperiencesCoordinate design and printing of collateral on an as-needed basis such as daily text schedule monthly experiences calendar & signage on propertyWork with marketing team to fact check website to ensure experiences are up to dateLow level marketing such as posting experiences to local calendars and sending email campaigns for promotionsSet up and host experiences on property on an as-needed basisGather and organize metrics on experiences and programming: bookings guest feedback revenue Communicate with team members on upcoming experiences or events on a daily basisManage internal programming calendar and spreadsheets used by Experiences and Marketing departmentsThe starting pay rate for this position is $28.00 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors such as experience and education.  Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the hospitality industry to include hotels and resorts restaurants and wineriesMinimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience with developing and executing personalized experiences including coordinating events activities and programming preferably in the hospitality industryExtensive knowledge of the local area including; recreation restaurants events sights and other attractions preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs.Adaptability strong organization and time management skillsA passion for visual excellence and consistencyIndependent worker who can be a leader and assistant to the experiences teamHave a positive demeanor and a sense of adventure who regularly enjoys outdoor wellness culinary and design-related activitiesAdditional Information : About Auberge CollectionAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels resorts residences and private clubs.
