Potty training experience is strongly preferred, as you will play a key role in helping our 2-year-olds gain independence and confidence.At The Learning Experience, happy happens here is more than a mottoit guides the fun, nurturing, and engaging environment we create for every child.ResponsibilitiesCreate a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment for 2-year-olds.Support children through daily potty training routines with patience and positivity.Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P.
