From routine maintenance to building one-of-a-kind rigs, you’ll be an essential part of our mission to provide the best in Jeep, Truck, and 4×4 performance and reliability.What You’ll Do:Diagnose and Repair: Perform skilled diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of 4×4 vehicles, including Jeeps, trucks, and SUVs. You’ll tackle everything from routine maintenance to complex engine, drivetrain, and electrical issues.Installation and Modification: Install aftermarket off-road parts and accessories, including lift kits, suspension systems, bumpers, winches, and lighting.Problem Solve: Use your mechanical expertise and problem-solving skills to address unique challenges and develop innovative solutions for our customers’ needs.Maintain Quality: Adhere to the highest standards of workmanship and safety. You’ll ensure every vehicle leaves our shop performing at its best and built to last.Collaborate: Work closely with our Service & Sales Consultants to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information about vehicle status and repair recommendations.What We’re Looking For:Proven Expertise: You have a strong background as a mechanic or technician, with hands-on experience working on vehicles. Specific experience with Jeeps, trucks, or other off-road vehicles is a significant applicant advantage.Technical Skills: You’re proficient in a variety of mechanical and technical tasks, including diagnostics, modification, cutting, grinding, and electrical work. You know your way around both common and specialized shop tools and have a strong technical inclination.Detail-Oriented: You have a meticulous eye for detail. You understand that in an automotive environment, a small mistake can have big consequences, and you take pride in doing a job right the first time.Strong Work Ethic: You are reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
