While dealership experience is strongly preferred, it is not required. Additionally, prior experience with Hyundai or Kia vehicles is a plus, though not mandatory. Desired Qualifications: Proficiency with computer-based diagnostic tools and repair softwareStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsProficient in electrical systems Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds)Strong attention to detail and commitment to managing comeback rate of 5% or less.
