Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) In-Home CareSchedule: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible shifts available)Compensation: $18/hour Paid weeklyLocation: Private residenceStart Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking a compassionate experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for an elderly woman in her 90s living with dementia. The ideal caregiver is patient attentive safety-focused and experienced in memory-care support. You will be providing daily assistance companionship and hands-on personal care in a calm respectful home environment. Responsibilities Provide personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toiletingAssist with mobility transfers and fall-preventionMonitor and document any changes in condition or behaviorSupport dementia-friendly routines and redirection techniquesPrepare light meals and ensure proper hydrationMedication reminders Light housekeeping related to the client (laundry tidying changing linens)Offer companionship engagement and emotional supportMaintain a clean safe and dignified care environmentCommunicate regularly with family regarding updates or concerns Qualifications Valid CNA license (required)Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferably with dementia patientsExperience with in-home care and working independentlyCPR/First Aid certification preferredReliable transportationStrong communication and patience with memory-impaired clientsAbility to lift/move 50 lbs (for transfers/mobility assistance) What We Offer Weekly pay at $18 per hourConsistent stable scheduleSupportive family environmentMeaningful work providing comfort and dignity to an elderly woman How to Apply Please send your resume availability and a brief summary of your caregiving experience.
