Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-scale plumbing systems, particularly in public works and commercial construction settings. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
Ensure work complies with all applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a plumber in commercial construction (public works experience highly preferred).
Current California Plumbing License or Journeyman certification.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
