Experienced Electrical Design and Analysis EngineerCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer to join our team in Seattle WA. This candidate will be a part of a Small-Scale Test System team that is responsible for providing test solutions for subsystems and standalone bench testing.Position Responsibilities:Analyzes customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic productsDevelops high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specificationsValidates designs through various methods of review testing and analysis. Identifies tracks and statuses technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirementsSupports Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services of limited scopeProvides engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the productInvestigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirementsWorks under general directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement3 years of experiencedesigning developing testing and evaluating electrical systems3 years of experience in test environmentExperience in interpreting engineering drawings schematics 3D models wiring diagrams and/or interface control documentsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience tracing requirements to incorporate into engineering design is highly preferredExperience with software design tools and requirements tools (Zuken and CMPro preferred)Experience in aerospace industry and with equivalent productsExperience coaching and mentoring teammatesDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Union: This is a union-represented position.Pay & Benefits: At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
