Experienced Facilities AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeings Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Project Asset Construction and Engineering Center of Expertise (COE) organization is currently seeking a talented and motivated Experienced Facilities Analyst to join our Facilities Analyst team. This position is site-based and may be located at any of the following sites: Auburn WA; Berkeley MO; El Segundo CA; Everett WA; Hazelwood MO; Huntington Beach CA; Mesa AZ; North Charleston SC; Renton WA; Ridley Park PA or Seattle WA.As a Facilities Analyst you will play a pivotal role in the development of the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) contributing to strategic decision-making planning and financial analysis for the GREF portfolio.In this position you will collaborate closely with a diverse team of experienced professionals including planners project managers finance specialists maintenance experts business partners and GREF leaders to advance the LRBP. Key responsibilities include defining and analyzing project-level demand to inform the LRBP and planning cycles ensuring data validation and maintenance providing regular reports to leadership identifying opportunities for process improvement and facilitating training initiatives.If you are passionate about forecasting excel in a collaborative environment and are eager to embrace new challenges this opportunity is an excellent fit for you.Position Responsibilities:Analyze and validate project-level inputs (i.e. project scope schedule financial forecast) for LRBP demand planningReview project-level data for quality and timeliness and facilitate data revisions and maintenanceSummarize and prepare information for reporting to leadershipImprove and communicate LRBP-related processes and standards to facilitate thorough understanding of requirementsPrepare training materials and conduct kick-off meetings with stakeholdersParticipate in special projects as neededFacilitate team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organizations needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of processesAnalyze trend data to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop resolution plans for buildings equipment systems processes and proceduresMake recommendations and implements improvementsPrepare and present reports explaining options impact and recommendationsEnsure that configuration control is maintained for data processes equipment and documentsDeliver process training and support the creation of training materialsPerform problem resolution in support of business operations by investigating developing and preparing alternatives impact statements and recommendationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or higher3 years of experience partnering and working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives3 years of experience with project management or construction management3 years of experience developing strategic Long Range Business Plans3 years of experience with financial forecastingExperience in a role that required a detail-oriented mind-set with strong analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 years of experience in program management or construction management5 years of experience in financial forecasting and long-range planning5 years of experience aggregating data from multiple sources performing analysis and synthesizing information3 years of experience with construction estimating tools capital approval processes and large- scale funding cyclesDrug Free Workplace Statement:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay and Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
