Experienced Financial AnalystCompany:Boeing Distribution Inc.Boeing Global Services (BGS) Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for an Experienced Financial Analyst (Level 3) to join our team in Miami FL.This position is hybrid (3 days in the office). This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.Position responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan and 5 year strategic planOwn the CAPEX operating plan and a 5 year strategic planOwner of the monthly re-forecasting process for Americas EMEA and APAC regionsManage and generate the functional site reporting requirements for all operating locationsPreparation of consolidated income statement reporting packages with commentaryAnalysis and commentary of actual financial results vs. budget forecast and prior yearParticipate in the month end financial close process by conducting account analysisWorkforce Planning system administrator and Reconciliatory of ESSBASE cubesPartner to Human Resources during the month-end headcount close process to ensure completeness and accuracy of actual and pipeline headcounts used to generate the total payroll expense forecastGate keeper of the capital expenditure request data base to ensure proper accounting and classification of spend Capital vs. Expense and Review and track expenditures against approved CER spendConducts ad-hoc analyses as requested by management and executive leadershipPerforms other duties as assigned.BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of related work experienceBachelors degree in Finance or AccountingKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Advanced Microsoft Office User (macros pivot tables VLOOKUP and index formulas)Previous work experience with financial/accounting systems (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Essbase A/X)Budgeting / Forecasting experienceWorkforce planning or other workforce management software tool experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 years of experience creating executive-level presentations using Word PowerPoint and ExcelExperience working as a collaborative change agentAbility to communicate and drive changes with multiple stakeholdersStrong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate informationExperience leading teams and/or projects formally or informallyProject management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to drive and lead the implementation of process improvementsExperience working in a fast-paced geographically diverse team environmentExperience with forecasting resource planning Estimates at Completion (EAC) or cost managementAbility to work across functions and represent finance effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in personAdaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverablesDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.Credit Check: This position will require a credit check.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
