Experienced Human Resource GeneralistCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join the Software Engineering HR team in Seattle WA; Berkeley MO or Hazelwood MO.This position will support the Software Engineering Quality Software Boeing Technology and Innovation and collaborate closely with the in-country HRBP for Boeing India Software Engineering organizations.The person selected for this position will drive organizational strategic projects and initiatives that impact the business including performance development talent management workforce planning pipeline development and global workforce expansion. They will also help to mature the organizational culture and grow the Boeing Values & Behaviors among the team.The Software Engineering HR team is a high performing team. As such collaborative teaming a willingness to learn and take risks big picture thinking and the ability to pivot and adapt all while having fun are not only foundational to how we work but are part of our core values.Position Responsibilities:Provide consultation and implementation partnership of HR policies practices and strategies through relationship building communication and proactive planningSupport various Software Engineering projects that connect to the Software Engineering Strategic People PlanPartner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) partners to drive key initiatives around Software Engineerings Talent PrioritiesExecute actions as they enable supporting and enhancing Software Engineerings overall workforce planning strategyCollaborate with COE partners as well as business leaders to drive the workforce plan around critical skills up-skilling needs market pay position and talent pipeline developmentBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):2 years of experience in Human Resources2 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding2 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions2 years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Human Resources certificationExperience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectivesExperience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final productExcellent verbal written and presentation skills high-impact communication styleDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay and Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
