Aire Serv of North Atlanta is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC maintenance and service.

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you'll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs.

Qualifications

5 to10 years of experience as an HVAC service/maintenance technician. Commercial HVAC experience preferred.

Experience installing HVAC equipment: split systems, mini splits, heat pumps, zoned systems, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, high efficiency and communicating systems.

EPA Universal and NATE certifications required (additional HVAC certifications preferred)

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls

Proven experience using trade business management software (Service Titan as preferred)

Ability to lift 60 lbs.

Willingness to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics and crawl spaces)

Process oriented. Willing and able to learn

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Do

Deliver world-class service and experience for our customers

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance and efficiency

Lead or assist on installation of new equipment for either residential or commercial

Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans

Communicate clearly with customers their system issues and explain options

Complete service tickets, reports, and maintain records using company-provided technology

Uphold OSHA safety standards and comply with EPA regulations and industry codes

Professional appearance and personality: represent the company professionally in the field

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
