4/10 Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday (Three-Day Weekends Every Week!)

The Role

We're growing strong and seeking a driven HVAC Service Technician with a positive attitude, rock-solid skills, and the grit to go the extra mile. You'll handle residential systems with precision while delivering empathetic, professional service that turns customers into lifelong fans - just like we've done for generations.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with top-notch quality and no excuses.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers - explaining issues, options, and building trust every time.
• Execute clean, buttoned-up work that exceeds expectations, leaving job sites spotless.
• Respond fast to calls, adapt to challenges, and take initiative to get ahead of problems.
• Document everything accurately in Service Titan and collaborate with the team for seamless support.
• Bring reliability, professionalism, and that roll-up-your-sleeves energy to every shift.

What We're Looking For

A motivated self-starter who embodies our core values and thrives in a high-accountability, family-focused environment:

• Proven HVAC service experience (residential preferred) with strong troubleshooting skills.
• High standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and pride in workmanship.
• Positive attitude, dependable mindset, and the drive to step up without being asked.
• EPA certification 06A Electrical License and clean driving record.
• Physical stamina for the demands of the trade.
