Experienced HVAC Technicians Needed at Allied National Services

Allied Services is looking for experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. Duties include troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring system efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work independently or as part of a team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) in residential and commercial settingsDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systemsPerform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliabilityRecommend energy-efficient solutions and upgrades to clientsKeep accurate records of services and repairsComply with all safety standards and regulationsProvide excellent customer service and explain system issues/repairs to clientsRequirements:HVAC certification and licensing requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repairStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical HVAC componentsProficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipmentAbility to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditionsStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordEPA certification is preferredAbility to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods
