Experienced HVAC Technicians Wanted - Northwest Metro at Allied National Services

Allied National Services is seeking skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic and growing team. You'll also provide outstanding customer service while adhering to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning componentsPerform routine and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespanDiagnose electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipmentRecommend energy-efficient solutions, upgrades, or system improvementsMaintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and inspectionsCommunicate effectively with clients, clearly explaining system issues and proposed solutionsEnsure all work complies with safety protocols and industry regulationsPerform light general maintenance and handyman duties as neededAssist with minor electrical tasks when requiredQualifications:Valid HVAC certification and licensing (required)Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenanceSolid understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systemsProficient in the use of HVAC diagnostic tools and service equipmentAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong customer service and communication skillsMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work in tight spaces and in varying weather conditionsEPA certification (preferred)Capable of lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periodsGeneral handyman and light electrical knowledge is a plus
