We take pride in serving authentic dishes made from scratch- from house-made sauces and pasta dishes to grilled and fried proteins incorporated into traditional Italian favorites.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced LINE COOK who can perform in a high volume environment while maintaining consistantcy, accuracy and pride in every plate. The ideal candidate(s) is reliable, organized, and able to thrive during peak service periods.Responsibilities:Prepare/cook menu items according to established recipes and proceduresMaintain a clean/organized station before, during, and after serviceCommunicate effectively with kitchen team, management, and front-of-houseFollow food safety and sanitation procedures at all timesAssist with prep work, open and or close responsibilities, stocking, setup, and or breakdownQualifications:2 years preferred in a full service or high volume kitchenGeneral understanding of cooking techniques, saute, grill and fryerGeneral understanding working multiple checks (kitchen chits)Ability to maintain focus and composureDependable, punctual, clean appearance, and team-orientedOpen availability including weekends and evenings (No late Nights)CompensationPay based on skill and experience (Competitive)Opportunity for advancementIf you are a dependable professional who takes pride in your craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced Italian kitchen, we want to hear from you.
