As your shift begins, you properly set up prep stations, stock inventory, and prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, mixing up sauces, and more. Food safety and cleanliness are very important, and you ensure our workstations and storage areas meet all regulations.Following our executive chef's instructions, you clean prep areas, store leftovers, and restock supplies as levels run low.
