Job Title for Indeed field: Sales Representative

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, plus two Saturdays per month, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Pay: Base pay plus commission Typical weekly earnings $1,000 to $4,000+ based on performance

Worxweb Solutions is hiring a Moving Brokerage Sales Representative for a well-established moving and storage company in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is an inbound sales role designed for candidates who already have hands-on moving brokerage experience and are ready to step into a high-volume environment where they can close efficiently from day one.

Inbound leads are provided consistently, and the sales floor is structured and well-supported. The compensation plan rewards strong closers with uncapped upside.


What you will be doing

You will handle inbound moving inquiries from the initial call through booking, build and price moves accurately using Granot software, guide customers through service options, and secure contracts. You will manage follow-up activity across calls, texts, and email, handle objections related to pricing, timing, and competitors, and keep your pipeline and activity log current throughout the day.


What we are looking for

  • Prior moving brokerage sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing in an inbound environment
  • Hands-on proficiency with Granot software for building and pricing moves
  • Strong phone presence, call control, and objection handling skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Deerfield Beach, FL, including two Saturdays per month
  • Reliable daily transportation to the office

Compensation and earnings

  • Weekly base pay plus commission
