Moving Brokerage Sales Representative


Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Onsite)

Type: Full-Time

Pay: 20% to 30% Commission Inbound Leads Granot Experience Required


Schedule

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is an onsite position.


About the Role

Worxweb Solutions is hiring an Experienced Moving Brokerage Sales Representative on behalf of a high-volume moving and storage brokerage in Pompano Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite, inbound sales role focused on converting qualified moving leads from first quote to booked job using Granot.


Leads are inbound and exclusive. There is no cold calling. The sales process is structured around accurate pricing, call management, and consistent follow-through. This is a commission-only position, and compensation reflects directly the volume and quality of deals closed.


Hands-on Granot experience is required. Prior moving brokerage experience is required. This is not an entry-level role and does not include foundational sales training.


What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound moving leads and guide prospects from initial quote through to booked job.
  • Build and price moves accurately inside Granot with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Manage objections around pricing, timing, and competitor comparisons professionally and effectively.
  • Follow up with undecided prospects using deliberate, structured outreach to recover and close open opportunities.
  • Leave well-crafted voicemails that generate callbacks and move conversations forward.
  • Manage your pipeline activity and track your own performance metrics consistently.

What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-on, working experience with Granot is required.
  • Prior moving brokerage experience or a strong background in commission-based inbound phone sales is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to close in a high-call-volume environment with measurable results.
  • Strong call management skills including pacing, tone, and objection handling.
  • Comfortable working onsite with a professional sales team in a structured floor environment.
  • Reliable transportation to the Pompano Beach office Monday through Friday.

Compensation

  • This is a commission-only position.
  • Commission of 20% to 30% of sales depending on performance.
  • Earnings reflect directly the volume and value of deals closed.
  • There is no weekly base or draw.
