We take excellent care of all of our patients and need a quality patient care coordinator to work at our front desk. We are a friendly and fun group and the ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality to join our great team. Experience in sales or concierge level medical/surgical care is a plus. The best candidate will know insurance eligibility, authorizations, scheduling, and excel in multi-tasking.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Patient Care Coordinator located in Newport Beach, CA. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, managing efficient care coordination, communicating effectively with patients and staff via phone, and using medical terminology in interactions. Experience with insurance eligibility, prior authorizations, and estimating co-pays and co-insurance is required. Excellent communication skills with mature women is needed. • Strong skills in Care Coordination and a patient-first approach
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and healthcare-related protocols
• Experience in Patient Care and providing compassionate support
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a medical office environment dealing with complex scheduling, insurance eligibility and authorizations is required
