Experienced Production/Inventory CoordinatorCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Production/Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mesa Az.Position Responsibilities Experienced Level C:Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage production and other locations to support complex production and product support activities flight test etc.Monitors and analyzes work in processUpdates status of parts and materials using automated systemsIdentifies and reports problems and recommendations to insure parts availabilityAnalyzes problems and resolves or reconciles discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracyCoordinates with various functions to set priorities expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delaysWorks under limited supervisionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position is for 1st shift.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Minimum 3 years experience in Material Management and Inventory ControlProficiency in use of Microsoft Suite of productsMust have strong communication skills strong problem-solving skills and Strong drive for process improvements1 years of experience with forklift operations1 years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management systemAbility to lift to 35lbsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1 years of experience working with or around cranes1 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industryTypical Education/Experience:High School diploma/GED and typically 4 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Education (e.g. Vocational Associate Bachelor etc.) preferred but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
