Job Description

Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is looking for experienced motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisors to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate will have experience in advising customers on automotive maintenance and repair services with a strong ability to communicate technical information in a clear and friendly manner. As a Service Advisor you will play a vital role in ensuring each customer receives exceptional service from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they drive away.Responsibilities:Greet customers in a timely professional and friendly manner.Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs and vehicle symptoms.Prepare repair orders and provide detailed cost and time estimates.Communicate with technicians and relay inspection results and recommendations to customers.Obtain proper authorizations for additional services and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.Advise customers on scheduled maintenance based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidelines.Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with dispatchers and technicians.Ensure vehicles are properly parked locked and documented.Review completed repair orders with customers and explain all services performed and charges incurred.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.Maintain knowledge of all factory recalls warranties and service promotions.Assist in maintaining up-to-date service menus pricing guides and department forms.Qualifications:Previous experience as an automotive service advisor required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone.Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to understand technical information.Professional appearance and a commitment to excellent customer service.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Experience with dealership software (Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus.Who We Are:Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is proud to be a top-performing Toyota dealership in the Southeast region (SET) retailing over 5000 vehicles June 2025 we completed our move to a new state-of-the-art 100000-square-foot facility conveniently located off I-95 and State Road 207 in St. Augustine.At Beaver our mission is to provide a healthy and positive work environment allowing us to attract the best people in our market; creating a team unified in working to gain and to satisfy all customers.
