Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Journeyman Plumber who shares our passion for ensuring good water in every home. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with a whole-home, holistic perspective. Conduct thorough plumbing system inspections to identify issues before they become costly problems. Perform water testing and recommend solutions that improve water quality. Install and maintain water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, piping, faucets, and fixtures. Educate customers on how their complete plumbing system works and provide solutions to optimize performance. Qualifications Journeyman Plumber license (Wisconsin). 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, preferably in a service role. Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, water quality, and code compliance. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot and approach plumbing as a whole system. Dedication to teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
