Pro Built Construction is looking for a proven Sitework Foreman who can lead crews, own production results, and take responsibility for projects from start to finish. You will: Run daily field operations Lead excavation and grading crews Execute work from plans and grade stakes Coordinate equipment and manpower Maintain production pace Solve problems independently Uphold Pro Built safety and quality standards Management supports you - but you own the field.
