Experienced Supplier Quality SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Supplier Quality Specialist supporting suppliers for the East Region Supplier Quality Team in the Western New York geographic area.This position is located inthe Western New York areaand requires on-site support of multiple suppliers. Candidates must possess a valid Drivers License and own a vehicle to be used for business purposes.Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plans organizes and conducts audits/assessments of suppliers systems processes and productsDocuments and reports audit/assessment resultsPerforms product verification to assess compliance to applicable requirementsAssesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future workInvestigates and resolves concerns to ensure compliance with requirementsProvides education and coaching on quality systems regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives to develop and improve supplier performance and productivityPerforms data analysis to determine engagement strategy at suppliersReports status of supplier performanceAbility to plan prioritize and manage daily assignmentsParticipates in Program and Production Readiness Reviews at suppliersStrong interpersonal written and verbal skillsMinimal travel will be required outside of the New York and Pennsylvania areasThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
