Experienced Supply Chain Management SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our Emergent Requirements Aircraft On Ground (AOG) team in Victorville CA.The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with customers suppliers and associated stakeholders to achieve solution delivery expectations in support of escalated requirements the willingness to learn strive to demonstrate a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and have a desire to provide world-class customer support.Position Responsibilities: Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutionsCoordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergentcustomer requirements (e.g. AOG)Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolutionEngage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely resultsSupport suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation planAssist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding productsor services to include repair capabilities and capacityAnalyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchasesAnalyze material location and initiates redistribution actionAnalyze supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support systemReview applicability of warranties to allocate costsIdentify and resolve customer supply chain management issues and discrepanciesIdentify Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issuesAct as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objectiveDelegates tasks to manage workloadAbility to manage multiple concurrent deadlinesAbility to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environmentSelf-driven and able to ask questions in a team environmentBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of experience in supply chain management3 years of experience in customer support or customer service role3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word and PowerPoint)Must speak read and write fluent EnglishAble to work variable shifts including weekends holidays and overtimePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or higherExperience coordinating and leading multiple projects and integrated product teamsDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
