Proof of experience as a dealer with a licensed casino or completion of an approved training course in card and dice games. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent math skills and have the ability to multi-task. Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public. Conduct assigned game(s) according to established proceduresESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Greet each guest with a bright genuine smile and enthusiastic verbal greeting Control pace of the game and inform the Table Supervisor Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play Generate fun and excitement at all times Exchange cash for gaming chips according to established procedures Responsible for game protection and game control.
