Seeking motivated individuals to repair and fabricate mining equipment and machinery.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Weekly visual inspectionsPerforming routine and preventative maintenance to equipmentWelding knowledge/skillMechanically inclinedReads/interprets equipment manuals/work ordersConducts troubleshooting and problem solvingBasic knowledge in reading of blueprints General fabrication and layout abilities Follows instructions under the leadership of the Crew Lead to ensure all aspects of the job are covered to avoid any time-consuming delays as well as hazard and/or task training that may be required before the task beginsEnsures equipment is maintained in proper working order to avoid injury and work areas are kept clean/free of hazards which may endanger the health/safety of any employeePerforms work according to instructions to ensure quality and satisfaction is achieved.
