Expert Digital Marketing International

Your role

As an Expert Digital Marketing International, you are a key player in the performance of Galileo group schools. You act as an internal consultant for the schools, with the mission to maximize the performance of lead generation levers, improve conversion devices, and optimize the management of the ROI of digital marketing investments. You combine business acumen, expertise, analytical rigor, and influence to support local teams in the appropriation and implementation of high-impact initiatives.

You will be based in Paris, within the digital marketing expert team, and in daily contact with Marketing Directors and digital marketing functions of the schools.

To succeed in your missions, you mobilize the expert communities of the Galileo Group (SEA, SMA, GEO, CRO, Marketing automation...) and collaborate with the Digital Marketing France team (30 employees) with whom you share your offices.

Your main missions:

Animation of Digital Marketing expert communities

  • Constitution and animation of cross-functional expert communities on various Digital Marketing themes: SEA, SMA, GEO, CRO, Marketing automation

  • Identification and sharing of best practices and high-impact initiatives within the group

  • Connecting experts with similar issues (peer-to-peer), following up on working groups and sharing results across the board

  • Organization of events to strengthen the cohesion of these communities and transversality within the Group

Ensuring the proper follow-up of the Group's management methodologies

  • Systematic follow-up of the management instances ("Full Marketing") of all schools in the perimeter

  • Direct participation in the instances of priority schools (new acquisitions, schools in difficulty)

  • Management of projects for the deployment of group tools and methodologies, especially for new acquisitions (training-action)

  • Detection of underperformances and business risks as early as possible

On request, management of targeted missions on schools in difficulty

  • Framing of the mission (scope, expectations) in collaboration with the Regional Director and the Management of the concerned school

  • Mobilization of the required experts according to the problem

  • Management of the mission: coordination of the diagnosis and writing of the recovery plan, follow-up of action plans and measurement of results

Expected KPIs

  • Growth in the volume and quality of leads and optimization of the ROI of Marketing investments

  • Adoption of the Group's management methodologies

  • Adoption of new AI tools

Profile sought

  • First successful experience of 5 years minimum in an operational role, which has allowed you to develop expertise in digital marketing in a performance and data-driven approach

  • 360 knowledge in Digital Marketing (SEA, SMA, SEO/GEO, CRO, UX/UI)

  • Sharp business sense: you are pragmatic and prioritize your actions based on their business impact

  • Passion for community animation, strong ability to rally and interest in interculturality

  • Strong AI appetite: you have contributed to AI transformation initiatives and use your AI agents daily in the context of your work

  • Languages:

    • French fluent (work environment)

    • Spanish fluent (daily exchanges)

    • English fluent (daily exchanges)

Organization

Reported to the Regional Director of Emerging Markets, you intervene, in order of priority, with 9 schools present in the following territories: Spain (2), Mexico (3), Costa Rica (1), Brazil (1), Senegal (1), Ivory Coast (1). Frequent travel is expected.
