*Please be advised that this position is ON-SITE*The prestigiousHiltonAnatole is looking for their next Revenue Managerto join the team!Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas this AAA 4-Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1600 rooms 600000 square feet of banquet space and 6 food and beverage outlets -3 restaurants a marketplacein-room dining and a seasonal water park.This position reports to the Director of Revenue Management and will oversee pricing and inventory. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical person with strong critical thinking skills. Hospitality experience is required. A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in revenue management is preferred. Hilton experience is preferred but not required.For more information on the property please visit:Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas TXHilton Anatole (@hiltonanatole) InstagramWhat will I be doingAs the Revenue Manager you would be responsible for monitoring managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls including but not limited to room accommodation and rate inventory controls roll-in controls group inventory and cut-off dates implementation of blackout dates maintaining demand information and managing sellout strategies in partnership with Front OfficeServe as primary liaison with Front Office Sales and Marketing and Reservation to maximize inventory and profitabilityDevelop monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategiesConducts competitive and demand analyses and provides critical analysis of chosen strategies room statistics and general demand factors to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availabilityConduct forecasting review all competitive shops review demand convention and city event calendars maintain data on competitor products and maintain historical data on events and performanceMonitor and develop team member performance to include but not limited to providing supervision professional development scheduling conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and rewardRecruit interview and train team membersManage the department and participate in and facilitate meetingsWhat are we looking forSince being founded in 1919 Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
