Plus shift differentialBenefits:Medical Dental and Vision Insurance401k Retirement planEligible to start with up to 15 days of PTO.9 Paid HolidaysEligible for insurance on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insuranceKey Duties:Operate Extrusion MachineMaintain the flow of production from raw material to finished componentUse saws and other power tools.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsActively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.Support and help in other areas as the manufacturing schedule dictates.Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.Safely operate a forklift in a high-traffic fast-paced manufacturing environment.Experience with Epicor and computers would be a plus.Measuring components produced by the machine using precision measurement toolsWhile performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works in a manufacturing setting. May be subject to the current local weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand talk and listen. The employee will at times need to lift up to 50 pounds.
