Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Key Ford of Hazleton is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role within the dealership, responsible for helping customers secure financing and protection options while driving profitability and ensuring compliance. As an F&I Manager, you'll play a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall success of our sales team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Process and secure vehicle financing and insurance transactions for dealership customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing options
  • Present and clearly explain financing options, warranties, insurance, and value-added products to customers
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
  • Drive dealership profitability through effective product presentation and negotiation strategies
  • Mentor and train sales staff on financing processes, compliance, and product knowledge
  • Leverage CRM and DMS tools to track performance, manage customer interactions, and improve efficiency
  • Monitor key performance metrics and profitability, providing regular reports to management
  • Stay current on financial products, lending practices, and industry trends

What We're Looking For:

  • A relationship-driven individual with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven track record as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar dealership role
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK preferred)
  • Ability to consistently meet goals while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster collaboration and positivity
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
