F15QA Instructor Pilot Senior Manager / Site LeadCompany:Boeing Aerospace OperationsThe Government Training Engineering function is seeking a Senior Manager / Site Lead for the F-15QA at Al Udeid Qatar. This position will lead a team of training services and training device professionals supporting the F-15QA formal training program.This is a Long-Term Assignment to Al Airbase Qatar for up to five years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.Position Responsibilities:Lead a diverse team of F-15QA flight instructors maintenance instructors academic/sim instructors and training support team conducting a formal flight and maintenance training program in Qatar.Work closely with other training functions including US Government contracting officer representatives foreign military partners Boeing US-based and international teams and sub-contractors.Maintain flight currencies in the F-15QA as an Instructor Pilot or Instructor Weapons System Officer.Support project planning and status activities including proposals estimates scheduling and business systems status inputs for multiple contracts and deliveries.Evaluates business requirements against cost schedule and technical constraints.Understand support and apply agile principles practices and processes.Manage personnel and team developmentSet expectations performance and compensation of direct reportsCoach employees on technical functional team skills and career goals.Support hiring activities staff forecasting and staffing to plan.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelors Degree or higherFully qualified in fighter operations (F-15E/S/SA/K/SG F-15C F-16 F/A-18 F-22 or other fighter/attack aircraft) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as an instructor providing academics in either the military or as a civilian instructor.5 years of experience as a high performance fighter/attack aircrew with appropriate experience as Wingman Element Lead Flight Lead Instructor Pilot Weapons System Operator; Flight Examiner Mission Commander or Pilot in Command.Current Army or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Class II Flight Physical.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Current and qualified F-15QA Flight Instructor3 years of experience working contracts with U.S. Department of Defense and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customersExperience as a FTU (Formal Training Unit) Instructor Pilot or Weapons Systems Officer.Previous experience as an Aviation Squadron Commander or higher.Long-term Assignment details: Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa depending on requirements of the country. Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country as applicable. Employment is contingent on the candidates ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.This position is 100% onsite at Al Udeid Airbase Qatar.
