F/A 18 Senior Manufacturing Operations AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is seeking Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts to support the F/A 18 Delivery Center in Berkeley MO.This position will work in our fast-paced and dynamic production environment to align the Delivery Center Team with program leadership customer counterparts and cross-functional partners to remove roadblocks and stabilize operations.Position Responsibilities: This role will be coordinating flight schedules and aircraft maintenance prioritiesProvide expertise to the work cell team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues. Use advanced technical knowledge understanding of process flow and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organizationUtilize tracking system to document communicate and ensure resolve of production issues.Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets data and provide root cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high impact and systemic issuesCoordinate and facilitate multi-function group meetings required to resolve issuesWorks with organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansWorks under general directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel Outlook and SharePoint3 years of experience collecting analyzing and interpreting data and managing projectsExperience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvementsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 years aircraft flightline experienceBachelors degree or higherManufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experienceExperience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the militaryExperience interfacing with senior and executive leadershipDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift: This role is primarily second or first shift; however there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectivesRelocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibilityTotal Rewards: At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
