DescriptionAs anAssembly & Test Tech - Level 2here at Honeywell you will be instrumental in supporting our Aerospace business unit by performing assembly and testing aerospace products. Your skills will ensure that our products meet stringent quality standards and function optimally.You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and youll work out of our Tempe AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role you will impact our Aerospace business unit by ensuring the efficient assembly and testing of products which contributes to the overall success of our projects and enhances customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform assembly and testing of aerospace components and systems according to established procedures.Document test results and provide feedback for product improvements.Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues.FAA REQUIREMENTSAll applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test testing for Marijuana Cocaine Amphetamines (amphetamine methamphetamine MDMA MDA) Phencyclidine (PCP) and Opioids (codeine heroin morphine oxycodone oxymorphone hydrocodone hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees regular and temporary in safety-sensitive positions to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEA minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or testing roles within the aerospace industry.Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and testing methodologies used in aerospace applications.Experience with documentation and reporting of test results to identify trends and improvements.Familiarity with aerospace product specifications and quality assurance processes.WE VALUEAssociates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.ABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
