Fabricator 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator for the 1st shift, who will play a critical role in welding and reading blueprints. The role requires the use of conventional and precision measuring instruments daily, along with the process inspection, certification, and documentation of parts. You will also be responsible for finish grinding applications using both manual and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble structural metal products.
• Operate laser and saw equipment.
• Perform various types of weld preparation.
• Execute Mig welding on stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Conduct weld finishing operations to meet customer specifications.
• Engage in robotic welding processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in welding and blueprint reading.
• Experience with fabrication and CNC operations.
• Ability to use conventional and precision measuring instruments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with laser and saw operation.
• Robotic welding experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment includes two shifts: 1st shift from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Holstein, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.87 - $25.87/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
