Fabricator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. As a Fabricator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Dexter, MI

Pay Range: $20 to $22, depending on experience.

Shift: Training on 1st shift (4am to 2:30pm) and moving to 2nd (2:30pm to 1am) after training.

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately.
• Operate various fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble fabricated parts according to quality standards and production schedules.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Relevant experience in fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in operating fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
