Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Welding Fabricator with strong proficiency in 2G, 3G, and 4G welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication and welding, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding in 2G, 3G, and 4G positions
• Fabricate and assemble metal components per blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and structural requirements
• Operate a variety of tools and fabrication equipment including grinders, plasma cutters, and saws
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company and OSHA safety standards
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow fabricators to meet project timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Demonstrated ability in 2G, 3G, and 4G welding positions (certification preferred)
• Proficient in reading blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience working with carbon steel and other structural metals
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification(s)
• Experience in heavy equipment or mining industry fabrication
• Forklift and overhead crane operation certification
