Facilities AnalystsCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate Facilities Analysts (Level 2) to support the Facilities team in Everett Washington. Position Responsibilities:Monitors existing contracts to determine compliance as directedDevelops contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant documentsInteracts with suppliers and buyersFacilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organizations needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processesGenerates plans acquires materials and schedules services for facilities activitiesCommunicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activitiesMay research open jobs and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources (e.g. tools parts) and assets (e.g. machinery building equipment) in order to meet customer service requests government requirements (e.g. environment safety) and planned maintenance activitiesSupports efforts to review create improve and document processes and procedures related to facilities operations by creating basic documentsMay participate in meetings with other organizations such as SHEA SM&P Document Control Legal Security and Fire IT) to create and validate processesParticipates in and supports elements of projectsCompletes assigned projectsWorks to assigned scheduleWith limited supervision collects and logs accurate data from various systemsPerforms analysis using developed toolAssists in making recommendations and implementing improvementsConducts basic research using varied media (such as internet reports) to support assigned tasksReceives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings equipment and systemsSupports and coordinates the processing of routine requests to meet customer needsWith supervision and in a limited role provides technical support training and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities systems or processesEnsures that configuration control is maintained for data processes equipment and documentsSupports efforts to resolve business operation problemsMay assist in the investigation and development of alternatives impact statements and recommendationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1 years of experience in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)1 years of experience with data analytics1 years of experience with data visualization1 years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word Excel Outlook and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or higher1 years of experience with Project Management1 years of experience with Maximo as a work management toolExperience in Aerospace Fabrication or manufacturing environmentExperience with Agile or Lean methodologiesExperience with root cause corrective analysis (RCCA)Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift:This role is primarily first shift; however there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
