You'll also work with a supportive team focused on continuous improvement and safety-first practices.What You'll Do Each Day* Lead and manage facility safety programs to maintain OSHA and regulatory compliance. * Maintain safety records, document incidents, and prepare materials for audits. * Oversee daily facility operations, including building security, fire safety, and equipment upkeep. * Coordinate HVAC, electrical, janitorial, and other contractors to ensure compliant and safe work. * Inspect and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and First Aid Kits. * Support facility enhancements, renovations, and safe material handling practices. * Ensure compliance with local building codes, internal safety standards, and regulatory requirements. * Perform physical inspections throughout the facility and assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed.
