About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Facilities Support Assistant to help our team keep our restaurant, retail, and production locations running smoothly. This temporary, part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, solving practical problems, and pitching in wherever needed. The position offers an hourly rate of $22-$25, depending on experience, and requires working 20-30 hours per week.
You'll assist our Facilities Team with general maintenance, repairs, and project support across multiple sites. Tasks may include light repairs, painting, assembly, cleaning, moving materials, and coordinating with vendors or contractors as needed.

You'll assist our Facilities Team with general maintenance, repairs, and project support across multiple sites. Tasks may include light repairs, painting, assembly, cleaning, moving materials, and coordinating with vendors or contractors as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, light carpentry, changing light bulbs, and patching walls.
- Support facility upkeep - cleaning common areas, organizing storage, and ensuring workspaces are safe and functional.
- Assist with basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting (with guidance from facilities staff).
- Help move equipment, furniture, and supplies between sites as needed.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report issues promptly.
- Assist with setup or breakdown for special events, maintenance projects, and installations.
- Communicate effectively with site managers to prioritize and complete daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in general labor, maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred.
- Basic handyman skills (painting, patching, light carpentry, basic repairs).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (will travel between sites).
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to take on a wide variety of tasks.
