To learn more visit our benefits and perks page.Position Overview:Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 - 9:00 pm The Facilities Associates main responsibility is to follow the daily work schedule for the assigned area. It may include cleaning bathrooms vacuuming sweeping floors emptying/cleaning wastebaskets and wiping down work areas.Responsibilities:Clean dust vacuum and wash walls furniture ceilings bathrooms meeting rooms windows doors and associated equipment and fixtures Sweep mop vacuum and strip all floor surfaces Collect trash and cardboard throughout the facility and transport to proper location Replenish supplies such as soap paper towels etc. Perform additional cleaning services as required Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Required Knowledge Skills and ExperienceMinimum/Essential Qualifications:Must be able to read write and communicate in EnglishRegular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipmentAbility to work and communicate effectively in a team environment or individually with minimal supervisionAbility to understand and follow safety proceduresAbility to provide a positive professional and enthusiastic outlook and perspectiveSelf-motivation to maintain a clean work environment throughout the facilityDependable responsible contributor committed to excellence and successRegular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipmentMust demonstrate the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail customer/client focus ethical conduct manages execution personal effectiveness/credibility and positive attitudePhysical Requirements:Physical ability to perform a full range of cleaning and custodial duties as well as operation of cleaning equipment as requiredCapable of standing or walking the entire shiftCapable of working with varying cleaning liquids powders sprays soaps etc.Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs from the floor to shoulder heightPossible exposure to blood and/or other bodily fluidsCompensation:The starting base pay rate for this position is:$19.00Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
