Our fast-growing company boasts over 130 locations across TX OK LA OH KY and MIand were just getting started. This is a 100% travel role perfect for someone who thrives on being in the field and tackling challenges head-on at multiple locations. Were seeking a hands-on leader with strong mechanical skills and experience managing technical teams to play a critical role in our Facilities team keeping our sites operating at peak performance. If this sounds like you we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesLead schedule and coordinate daily activities for a team of regional Maintenance TechniciansTravel to car wash locations across the region for repairs and equipment installationsPerform hands-on maintenance by diagnosing and repairing car wash equipment including hydraulic pneumatic and low-voltage electrical systems (5V and above up to 480V).Troubleshoot and repair 480V/230V 3-phase motor control centers (MCCs).VFD troubleshooting and installationConduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifeCommunicate effectively with Operations teams and vendors to coordinate repairs and projectsOversee and perform building maintenance: plumbing mechanical and electrical systemsAccurately document and update all maintenance tasks accurately within multiple mobile work order management systemsMonitor and review departmental budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.Qualifications5 years of industrial or field service maintenance experience (Maintenance Level II or III preferred)2 years of experience leading or supervising a technical teamStrong skills in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic pneumatic electrical and mechanical systems including low-voltage motor controlsStrong analytical skills with the ability to work independently prioritize tasks and make field-based decisionsMust be comfortable with frequent travel to store locations across assigned regionsExperience with team scheduling and spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets Excel)Valid drivers license current insurance and reliable transportation (must pass background check and MVR/driving record review)Available for a rotating on-call schedule including after-hours service needsComfortable coordinating efforts with contractors and vendors as neededWillingness to take on new challenges daily and adapt to rapidly changing environmentsAbility to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and work in outdoor all-weather conditionsProfessionalism strong work ethic and integrityA team player who thrives in collaborative settings and works toward shared resultsBenefitsCompetitive Compensation in Base and Bonus PotentialComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical Dental & Vision)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Life InsurancePet InsuranceShort-Term & Long-Term Disability CoverageVehicle Mileage Reimbursement ProgramPaid Time Off in addition to Company Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchLeadership & Technical TrainingFree Weekly Car WashesOur employees are our most valuable asset.
