Facilities Maintenance Technician II at West Bay RI

General Building and Property Maintenance Performs a wide range of commercial building and property repairs including carpentry construction light electrical plumbing and painting. Builds installs and repairs structural components such as walls floors ceilings roofs and foundations using wood metal concrete and composite materials.Provides excellent customer service while troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues. Maintains clear communication with supervisors and completes daily work reports and documentation.Performs routine property upkeep including landscaping snow removal and basic vehicle maintenance. Ensures all tasks are completed safely following company and OSHA guidelines. Identifies and corrects hazards maintains clean work areas and operates company vehicles responsibly.Works effectively under changing priorities responds to emergencies and supports team efforts to achieve organizational goals.Working Conditions and Physical RequirementsWork may involve exposure to varying temperatures dust dirt fumes odors and loud noise. Requires moderate physical activity including frequent standing walking bending kneeling reaching and lifting up to 50-70 lbs independently or more with assistance.
