Through hands-on training mentorship and a culture of internal promotion we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Technician located in Dallas Texas.Reporting to the Facilities Manager theFacilities Maintenance Technicianwill be responsible for the repair and upkeep of building facilities in a warehouse setting. Shift: 6:00am-2:30pmWhat a typical day looks like:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionTroubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairsPerforms general repairs to include repairing drywall painting and repairing doors and other building fixturesPlans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.Performs routine preventive maintenance on building systemsMaintain a clean and safe work areaPerform other related duties as assignedThe experience were looking to add to our team:High School Diploma or equivalent; Completion of a trade school program preferred.3-5 years of experience in preventative maintenance or related fieldPrior experience in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to use hand tools and power toolsGood interpersonal skills mathematical aptitude mechanical/technical skills and logical problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and shift from task to task as neededDeadline and detail-orientedExcellent organizational and time management skills.What youll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical dental and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition ReimbursementJob CategoryOperationsIs Sponsorship AvailableNoCrown is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit qualifications and abilities.
