Effortlessly blending modern elegance with expansive and fully-integrated facilities we provide an inspiring setting where everything for your event comes togetherseamlessly.ResponsibilitiesPerform general and preventative maintenance across all areas of the facilityIdentify repair needs and complete taskswithout needing close supervisionOperate a variety of vehicles and equipment (e.g. forklifts scissor lifts snow removal tools floor scrubbers)Troubleshoot and assist with repairs of:Electrical systems wiring and fixturesPlumbing issues (sinks toilets urinals)HVAC equipment and mechanical systemsDoors windows furniture and general structural featuresPatch paint and repair walls and surfacesEnsure all repairs and maintenance arecompleted efficiently and before scheduled eventsMaintain clean and organized work areasFollow all applicable safety regulations and proceduresCollaborate with event and operations teams to meet tight deadlinesCommunicate clearly and professionally in English both verbally and in writingQualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications3 year experience in facilities maintenance general labor or constructionStrong knowledge of hand and power tools (drills saws grinders sanders etc.)Understanding of electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systemsAbility toprioritize work and meet strict deadlines especially in event preparationProven ability towork independentlywith minimal supervisionComfortable with physical activity including bending lifting twisting and climbing laddersBasic computer skills for documentation and communicationProfessional demeanor andexcellent customer service mindsetPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDCPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience working in a large commercial or event facilityForklift or equipment certification a plusStrengthened by our Differences.
