Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and versatile Facilities Manager to help maintain a one-of-a-kind commercial facility located within a cave. This position offers hands-on work across a variety of general building maintenance and operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and emergency maintenance including carpentry drywall and general repairs.- Inspect facility areas identify issues and resolve problems promptly- Maintain clean safe and functional spaces throughout the facility.- Assist with equipment moves or other physical tasks as needed.- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when necessary.- Conduct regular walkthroughs to spot safety concerns or maintenance needs.- Repair and service lighting electrical outlets switches and low-voltage systems.- Install or fix fixtures shelving signage and minor equipment.- Track maintenance activities and materials used.- Follow safety protocols and company policies on all tasks.Qualifications:- Hands-on experience in general maintenance or handyman work (commercial experience a plus). - Skilled in the use of tools and basic electrical and plumbing work.- Comfortable working in enclosed damp or unconventional environments.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.- Physically able to lift climb crawl and navigate confined or uneven areas.- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.- OSHA 10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).Preferred Characteristics:- Dependable professional and safety-focused.- Flexible and able to handle unexpected or unique maintenance tasks.- Positive team-oriented and collaborative approach.Thrive is an equal opportunity employer.
