Who Youll Work WithIn this role you will primarily focus on supporting fulfillment readiness for one of our fast-growing segments. You will have a chance to workwith cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership. We are looking for a candidate whois interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.What Youll DoWork with Sales & Marketing to identify critical deals to better support their fulfillmentEnsure planning and operational readiness for new products from said dealsTranslate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partnersAnalyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment schedulingCoordinate with cross-functional teams to get consensus on operational directionsDevelop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency accuracy and scalabilityQualifications : 5 years of experience in a related industryBachelor degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Mathematics Economics or a relevant areaAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment.Built to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills and strong computer proficiencyStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
