If youre ready to make an impact and help shape the future of Boeings infrastructure we invite you to apply as our team is open for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Planners.Position Responsibilities:Analyze headcount forecasts business plans and regional/site strategies to project and plan space and facility requirementsInitiate and lead forecasting efforts and scenario analyses to support both short- and long-term strategic planningDevelop and manage complex project scopes schedules and budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing clear status updates to stakeholdersCreate integrate and communicate strategic proposals to internal partners sponsors and implementation teams to influence decision-making and guide executionManage real property assets allocate site costs and contribute to overall asset use and optimization strategiesPrepare and maintain master site facility plans and lead space management initiatives including contributions to systems implementationLead regional or company-wide studies to evaluate site capabilities manufacturing processes and future needs incorporating research feasibility modeling and value engineeringCollaborate with internal and external organizations senior leadership and government agencies to assess impacts on business operations and facility planningBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelors Degree or higher5 years of experience collecting organizing synthesizing and analyzing data summarizing findings developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources3 years of experience using Microsoft office tools Word Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10 years of experience collecting organizing synthesizing and analyzing data summarizing findings developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources5 years of experience using Microsoft office tools Word Excel and PowerPointAbility to obtain or active Security Clearance is a plus but not requiredExperience in program planning project management integrated scheduling Industrial Engineering Business Operations and/or related disciplinesDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
