Learn more at .Do you want to help us build the DNA of Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor.Job Location:Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!What you will be doing:Supervise facility including ensuring related departments (e.g. equipment maintenance) maximize production equipment availabilitySupervise technicians in production equipment repair and maintenanceOversee compliance to corporate and legal requirements interface with outside agencies/vendorsTrack and maintain maintenance KPIs against targetsInvestigate plan and implement facility and production equipment upgradesMaintain spare parts inventoryWhat you will bring along:Associates degree or equivalent in a related discipline3-5 years of supervisory experience coupled with experience in building electrical systems compressed air systems plumbing and HVAC systemsStrong knowledge of manufacturing equipment including general equipment electrical controls pneumatics and equipment mechanicalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMath and computer skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities requiredCollaborative mindset and curiosity to drive continuous improvementSalary Range:$80000 - $90000 a yearWhat can we offer you for your talent:Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
