Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Position Title: Facility Inspector Reports to: Operations ManagerLocation: Tucson, AZEmployment Status: Full-TimeFLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, 40 hours/week, between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (excluding federal holidays)Position Summary: : Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Facility Inspector. The Facility Inspector provides technical inspection and data analysis support for facility maintenance and sustainment projects at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, AZ. This role involves conducting inspections, generating reports, updating asset management systems, and advising on preventive maintenance and infrastructure condition. The inspector works independently on-site, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards while supporting government decision-making. This position is contingent upon contract award.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Provide inspection and data analysis services across multiple facilitiesSubmit weekly activity reports summarizing tasks, status, risks, and open issuesProvide technical reports, evaluations, and briefingsAdvise on preventive maintenance, data analysis, facility inspectionsSupport data entry, quality control, and reporting in TRIRIGA/BUILDER systemsDevelop and review memoranda, documentation, and special project dataSupport backlog resolution of asset assessmentsMaintain confidentiality and follow security/FOUO guidelinesAdhere to base safety, fire prevention, and appearance standardsMaintain professional communication with government personnelAll other duties as assignedAbout UsAldevra was founded in 2009 by current President & CEO Rodney Marshall, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and minority entrepreneur. This position requires passing an extensive background check.Qualifications:Associate’s Degree in Building Inspection (or related disciplines such as Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, ADA, or Energy Regulations)OR 5 years of industrial facility inspection experienceOR 5 years of field engineer experienceOR ICC and/or state certification in lieu of experienceValid U.S. driver’s licenseExcellent verbal communication skills and telephone mannerExcellent and accurate written communicationFamiliarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products requiredExcellent attention to detail; accurate data entryCustomer Focused and team-oriented work ethicAble to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality Veterans and Military Spouses are encouraged to apply.
